Prior to co-founding Balfour Real Estate, Brett worked at Silverstein Properties where he was a member of the Acquisitions & Development team. He played a key role in acquiring 2.7mm SF of office assets, including U.S. Bank Tower in Los Angeles and 1735 Market Street in Philadelphia. Brett is a highly experienced real estate professional with over 5 years of experience with direct investing experience of over $1.2B.

At Balfour, Brett is primarily responsible for evaluating potential investment opportunities as well as overseeing property management, asset management, construction management, and deal execution for the company's portfolio. This involves ensuring that Balfour's properties are well-maintained, efficiently managed, and performing to their full potential. He has a proven track record in acquisitions and asset management and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Balfour. With his leadership, Balfour effectively executes its business plans and maximizes the value of its assets.

Brett holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a minor in Finance, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Princeton University.
